Our designs are developed with NJ Uniform Construction Code compliance built in from the start. We conduct regular on-site inspections at every construction phase and coordinate all municipal inspections. All subcontractors working on our projects are licensed and insured.

A kitchen or bathroom design-build renovation typically takes 6–12 weeks total (design through construction complete). A full home addition or new construction project typically runs 4–9 months depending on size and permit timelines. We provide a specific timeline at the proposal stage.

We have a core team for project management, general construction, and oversight. For specialized trades — licensed electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians — we use vetted, licensed subcontractors with whom we have established working relationships. You deal only with us.
